Hildur Ósk Pétursdóttir

My name is Hildur Ósk and I live in Fáskrúðsfjörður with my husband and three children. I work in a preschool and currently serve as the principal. I have a master's degree in preschool education. In my work, I have seen how important it is to build trust, listen to people, and work together to create a community where everyone feels good.

I am running because I want to contribute to our community. I am passionate about the well-being of children and families, education, and creating good conditions for people to live and work here. Fjarðabyggð Children's sports are also close to my heart and I think it is important that all children have equal opportunities to participate.

I want to work in an open and honest way, where the voices of residents are heard and cooperation is the guiding principle. By listening to people and working together, we can continue to build a strong community for the future.
